Busting Loose from the Money Game by Robert Scheinfeld is a terrific book on reality vs illusion. Even though the title mentions money, the books principals can be applied to all areas of life.

He talks about two phases of the human game.

Phase 1 having intentionally hid our power, we are kept in limitation and come to  play this game of life for the sheer experience of playing it.

Phase 2 is about finding out where we hid our power, opening those areas up and "busting loose" into a new expansion.

Robert Scheinfeld then talks about how we can reclaim our power and what our lives might be like after we discover who we truly are.
