Energy is the name of the game. We think we are these complex intellectuals, but we are just energy. That energy is constantly moving and is never stagnant.

Happiness is energy. So is Sadness. Feel it in your body and you can feel is swirling around somewhere in your gut region. You know what it feels like. Did you know if you fight energy it just increases. Think about that.
